  • Build clear seasonal concepts, colour palettes, fabric strategies and key item architectures.
  • Develop commercially viable product ranges that support both brand and business objectives.
  • Drive innovation in silhouette, fabrication, construction and fit.
  • Create detailed design packs, CADs and technical briefs for suppliers and product development teams.
  • Collaborate with Technical and Product Development teams to ensure best-in-class fit, construction and quality standards.
  • Analyse trade performance, customer feedback and returns data to identify opportunities and improve future ranges.
  • Work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to optimise product assortment and pricing architecture.
  • Build strong supplier relationships to deliver innovation, speed and quality.
  • Present design concepts and seasonal strategies confidently to senior leadership.

  • Strong aesthetic aligned to the future vision of Topman.
  • Deep understanding of tailoring, outerwear, occasionwear and modern wardrobe building.
