Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of creative productions, from stills and video shoots to events and talent activations
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other creative professionals both internally and externally to ensure the shoot aligns with the creative vision and brief goals
- Manage budgets and production timelines to ensure shoots are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of shoots, ensuring all equipment and props are in place
- Provide creative direction and feedback during shoots to achieve desired outcomes, and ensure the crew are keeping to schedule
- Handle any logistical issues that arise during pre-production and the shoot
- Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained for shoot locations
- Work with internal resources to manage risks assessments, contracts, and any other production admin that's required
- Maintain clear communication with the team, brands and stakeholders throughout the production process
- Support the team post-shoot on moving assets though post-production and meeting deadlines set out by the Creative Project Manager
- Mentor and support Creative Producers and other team members
- Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Creative Producer or similar role, having delivered a variety of different production types
- Strong understanding of creative production processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to lead and inspire creative teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with proven track record of innovative projects
- Proficient with budgeting, risk assessments, permitting, contracting and other production admin
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
