We’re ASOS, the online retailer for fashion lovers all around the world.

We exist to give our customers the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you’re free to be your true self without judgement, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.

But how are we showing up? We’re proud members of Inclusive Companies, are Disability Confident Committed and have signed the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter and we placed 8th in the Inclusive Top 50 Companies Employer list.

Everyone needs some help showing up as their best self. Let our Talent team know if you need any adjustments throughout the process in whatever way works best for you.

Job Description

Join our Product Analytics function and help shape the next wave of customer-facing experiences at ASOS, using data to influence what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, UX and cross-functional partners to understand how customers move through the platform, uncover the highest-impact opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and retention

In this role, you’ll bring structure and clarity to product decision-making: defining and evolving core KPIs, designing rigorous experiments, and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations that shape roadmaps and priorities. You’ll build dashboards and storytelling that land with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you’ll champion a culture where decisions are backed by evidence and measurable impact, turning insight into action, and action into better customer experiences.

The Role:

  • Partnering with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define key metrics, evaluate product performance, and uncover opportunities for growth
  • Conducting funnel and drop-off analysis to identify friction points in the customer journey and areas for optimisation
  • Designing and analysing A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of new product features or experiences on conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Using data to optimise conversion rates, user engagement, and customer satisfaction across the ASOS platform
  • Translating data into clear, actionable insights that inform product roadmaps, design decisions, and feature prioritisation
  • Building dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate trends and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

About you:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytical programming languages such as Python (pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation, analysis and visualisation
  • An understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, statistical significance, confidence intervals) and how to apply them in real-world analysis
  • Experience designing and analysing A/B tests and experiments, with a solid grasp of experimental design principles
  • Proven experience analysing customer funnels and end-to-end customer journeys in e-commerce or digital platforms, using data to enhance user engagement and conversion.
  • Strong experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
