Job Description

The People Analytics Partner will play an integral role in our journey of a high performing culture, driving and executing against the PX data strategy in two ways – through executing our current people data set up alongside building our new, modern people data foundations in our ASOS Data Ecosystem (ADE), unlocking a new level of people analytics for ASOS.

In this role, you will help champion the use and understanding of data to enable ASOS leaders to connect metrics to decisions that influence business outcomes. You will be an advocate for this through AI, analytics and dashboard technologies. You will be accountable in owning accurate and timely data from multiple sources and consolidating into a central PX data model. You will deliver insights that improve our people and business strategy.

The Details

  • Lead the design and build of people analytics models, experiment datasets and key PX reports.
  • Run current people data dashboards, ensuring accuracy and usability. Conduct deep dives into specific areas of opportunity/concern, using data insights to provide recommendations.
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets so to build evidence-based models and dashboards linking people metrics to business outcomes, guiding leaders to test assumptions and make data-led decisions.
  • Lead complex cross-team initiatives, design and run organisational diagnostics and predictive insights (e.g., attrition risk, capability gaps, team effectiveness) to shift from reactive to proactive workforce decisions.
  • Use robust analytical methods (e.g., thematic/driver analysis, regression, predictive modelling) to identify patterns and root causes across engagement, performance, leadership and organisational health.
  • Act as a recognised subject matter expert for people analytics and partners confidently with Product, Engineering, and other business areas to build capability and accelerate the use of data across PX and our leader and manager population.
  • Lead the implementation of a Human Resources Data Warehouse in the centralised “ASOS Data Ecosystem”, bringing together multiple data sources, supporting a People Data Model and enabling the business to self-serve people insights effectively so to make business critical decisions.
  • Drive and execute against the PX strategy, by backing up our progress with data and tracking of our OKR’s and KPI’s.
  • Identify areas where AI and Agentic AI can improve or streamline PX processes and organisational productivity.
  • Support adoption of privacy safe data-based decision making.
  • Acts as a senior thought partner to our Management Committee via PX, partnering with Senior PX Partners in any Executive level decision making process that involves the usage of people or people related data so to shape conversations, frame problems, and influence action.
  • Maintain strong data governance to ensure data quality, integrity, security, privacy and compliance.
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
