What you'll be doing...

  • Own the end‑to‑end product development of WW Own Brand knitwear across multiple brands and customer segments, ensuring every product reflects brand DNA, trend direction and commercial ambition.
  • Translate creative concepts into technically robust, fit‑for‑purpose knitwear, driving yarn selection, gauge, stitch development, specifications and construction that balance style, quality and cost.
  • Champion the brand quality promise, ensuring all knitwear meets durability, comfort, performance and compliance standards through rigorous testing, data‑led decisions and proactive risk management.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with global suppliers, influencing yarn choices, knitting methods, finishing techniques and innovation to maximise quality, speed and value.
  • Support seasonal knitwear development strategy with Buying and Design, aligning with brand goals, customer insight and category needs to deliver commercially successful ranges.
  • Provide strategic input on materials, sustainability and process improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance product performance, reduce risk and support responsible sourcing initiatives.
  • Manage multi‑brand critical paths with precision, ensuring all development milestones — from yarn approval to sealing — are delivered on time and in full.
  • Partner closely with Design, Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing and Technical, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end execution and a consistent brand standard across knitwear categories.
  • Lead fit reviews and technical sign‑off, giving clear, actionable feedback to suppliers and driving consistency in fit, handfeel and construction.
  • Use in‑season performance and returns insight to continuously improve, identifying product risks, shaping future development strategy and embedding an always‑on approach to quality.
