Purpose of the Role

• Provide support to the daily safety management system within the terminal warehouse and carry out regular safety rounds and inspections in the warehouse.
• Promote a safe working environment across all warehouse operations.
• Support best practices in warehousing operations by applying the appropriate knowledge for warehouse facilities.
• Monitor local Warehouse and Inventory statistics and KPIs, identifying potential improvements in warehouse management and supporting the achievement of production/operational flow targets.
• Understand APMT's procurement policies and work collaboratively with the planning team and other terminal stakeholders to ensure continuous availability of materials, aligned with the terminal’s overall maintenance schedule.
• Manage the consolidation warehouse, providing support to the storekeeper on shift as well as to the administrative role (inventory technician) when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (Business administration, business analytics, business administration, finance and accounting, data science and engineering, among others) or Higher vocational education/Intermediate vocational education (Higher Technician in Executive Assistance, Higher Technician in Administration and Finance, Higher Technician in Networked Computer Systems Administration, Technician in Administrative Management, Higher Technician in Telecommunications and Computer Systems, Higher Technician in Electronic Maintenance, among others)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• The candidate must be results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Highly disciplined – following through on actions and ensuring necessary documentation
• Forklift license and experience operating a forklift.
• Ability and fluency in the use of English. B1 English level (desirable)
