Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and deployment of Yard Crane automation solutions, including system interfaces, remote-control technologies, and user terminal requirements.
- Own and support products throughout their lifecycle, from value proposition and roadmap development to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with OEM partners and translate operational requirements into technical product specifications and performance criteria.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define integrated solutions, prioritize product requirements, and deliver business value across terminals.
- Drive product integrity, testing, deployment success, and product maturity while ensuring alignment with operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, support safety cases, and collaborate closely with Functional Safety and Global Safety teams.
- Gather and prioritize user feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance product performance across its lifecycle.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in product, program, or project management within technology, automation, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of port equipment, automated systems, industrial controls, and operational technology environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of equipment safety, business case development, finance, and contract management.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical expertise gained through relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams and external partners.
