  • Monitor service levels, escalating issues where appropriate to meet internal and external levels of service

  • Contribute to performance targets, including customer satisfaction and DMeX outcomes

What does it take to be a Self-Lay Coordinator?

You’ll be highly organised, resilient and comfortable managing multiple projects within tight deadlines. As a self-starter with a collaborative mindset, you’ll thrive in a busy team environment and be eager to learn new skills and systems.

You’ll also bring:

  • A strong commitment to Safer Every Day principles

  • Proven IT skills, particularly in MS Office and SAP, with the ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Excellent organisational, time management and data entry skills

  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities, with confidence managing competing priorities

  • A customer-focused approach, delivering excellent service internally and externally

If you enjoy working collaboratively, take pride in delivering high-quality service, and want to play a key role in successful infrastructure delivery, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a valued employee, you’ll be entitled to:

  • Personal private health care
