Driver Trainer

Salary Circa £41,000 depending on skills and experience + business use of company van

Permanent, Full time.

Mainly covering Essex, but may need to assist in covering other areas when required.

Based within the Anglian Water region covering Essex

Water Recycling is at the heart of our operations. The key services that we are responsible for are delivered by our in-house, highly skilled workforce. We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres. Would you like to be part of a team who are responsible for the safe and sustainable operation and maintenance of our water recycling assets.

What you will be doing:

Your role will require you to train our Drivers & Operators on all operational functions within the department, this will include teaching the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC). This will include completing driving/operational assessments for new & existing Drivers and Operators. You will also be required to provide driving cover as required within the business.

What does it take to be an LGV Trainer / Driver?

· Class 1 Driving License (C+E)

· Fully completed driver CPC

· CITB trained

· Experience of operating and training a range of plant & equipment

· IT skills such Word, outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

· Excellent communication skills to deliver training and liaise with scheduling teams
