Du möchtest wissen, wie Assistenztätigkeiten aussehen und hast Interesse, unser Manufacturing Engineering-Team bei kleinen Projekten, der Gestaltung von Präsentationen und der Optimierung administrativer Prozesse zu unterstützen? Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Konzeptionelles Vorbereiten von Berichten, Korrespondenz, tabellarischen Übersichten
  
• Durchführung der Terminplanung mit internen und externen Kontakten
  
• Erstellung von Unterlagen (z. B. Ablaufpläne , Statistiken) und Präsentationen
  
• Unterstützung von Kleinprojekten
  
• Erstellung / Pflege und Auswertung von Daten(-banken) sowie Aktualisierung von Kennziffern / Reporting
  

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

• Ein g eschriebener Vollzeitstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  
• Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office-Produkte, Google Suite)
  
• Freundliches Auftreten
  
• Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
  
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, gutes Organisationsvermögen
