VIE - Site Development and Investment Management / Controlling project (d/f/m)

Definition VIE
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein).

Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Conduct financial data consolidation for worldwide investment projects & needs (Google Workspace, Excel and SAP).
- Maintain the worldwide used Google Drive for the SDP & CapEX (Capital Expenditures) process.
- Support and interface with the local and the international CapEx network.
- Support the SDP for global sites and customer centers.
- Support the CapEx management processes for Airbus Helicopters Donauwörth and Customer Centers.
- Manage MoM with relevant action list for CapEx committees in due time.
- Support the development of and administer data sharing, consolidation and reporting tools.
- Conduct Investment Controlling activities.
Desired skills and qualifications
- University degree (Master) in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.
- first practical experience within related operations/tasks.
- experience in finance controlling function (Data management, analysis and reporting).
- experience within Project Management.
- programming skills (App Script in Google Workspace).
- good knowledge in Google Workspace, MS Office beneficial and SAP (desirable).
- good communication skills and team spirit.
- English negotiation level and willingness to learn German.
