Airbus is looking for a Commercial Manager Training Services f/m (VIE position) to join our Training Services sales department based in Dubai .
As a Commercial Manager Training Services you will be accountable for coordinating and allocating contractual training allowances for customers in the region. These activities are performed in collaboration with the commercial team, notably the Commercial Account Director (CAD) and the Commercial Director Training Services (CDTS) accountable for leading the sales of aircraft and services, Training Delivery Managers, Planning team and Instructors.
Your challenges:
A - Commercial activities
- Ensure the contractual obligations of Airbus are respected through the delivery of Training under the Purchase Agreement
- Ensure that all training matters are covered before the EIS of the Aircraft
- Participate in the Training Conference before any new Entry into Service to identify customers’ needs and coordinate the training required
- Contribute to achieve strong level of intimacy with the customers on the assigned portfolio at all levels of the company
- Share internally any customer feedback when available including but not limited to, Services delivery or quality issue, Customer satisfaction, competition intelligence
B - Promote Airbus Training Services
- Customize Services Marketing materials, including the value proposition starting from the general contents produced by the marketing teams
- Participate in trade shows, events, conferences in the region in coordination with the different commercial teams including Airline Marketing Services
C- Feedback from the market
- Give regular inputs to Product Marketing and Airlines Marketing Services about the services market linked to the Service Line in the region
- Complete the Services Provider Intelligence database (SalesForce)
Outputs
- Successful aircraft EIS training completion
- Successful contractual training delivery
- Identify, drive and coordinate digitalisation and business improvement projects including building content to influence internal stakeholders
- Customer feedback including Services delivery or quality issues, Customer satisfaction, competition intelligence, market understanding and lessons learnt
Your boarding pass:
- Language: English, French and preferably Arabic
- IT Tools: Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Docusign
- Understanding Training related contractual clauses
- Basic understanding of sales processes and fulfilling contractual obligations
- Know how to build a Business Case in order to convince internal and external stakeholders
- Basic understanding of aviation industry, knowledge of Training Services is a plus
- Negotiation skills to find win-win solutions while dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving and can-do attitude, challenges proactively to tackle challenges and find solutions
