Job Description:

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

  • European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
  • Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
  • Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE for an Operations & Projects Support and development - M/F

has arisen within (Airbus Helicopters PT. Airbus Indonesia Nusantara (AIN)

in Jakarta.

You will join the “Operations - Customer Support & Quality” department supporting a team composed of Customer support Managers, Customer Logistic Managers and Technical representatives in their daily tasks assisting a large portfolio of civilian and governmental customers performing their missions

You will contribute in developing projects such as

  • Fleet availability performance and development
  • Develop processes with customers and partners
  • Ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery (On-time, on quality)
  • Manage, analyze Key indicators and SQCDP
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and achieve regional objectives
  • Develop project management process for strategic customers

This role will involve frequent visits to customers in Indonesia

Required skills

  • Programs and Project management skills
  • Ability to identify improvements opportunities and implement them
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, writing and communication skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business development, Project management or a related discipline.

• Experience in Supply chain, Industrial environment, Aeronautical (preferable) -

(Apprenticeships and internships included)

• IT tools - Google suite, CRM, Salesforce

in addition, you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Meeting, listening, understanding and be force of proposal

• Language Skills: English negotiation level
