Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

- Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.

- Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Un poste sous contrat VIE Export control d’une durée de 12 mois est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Commercial Aircraft à Getafe, Espagne. Vous rejoindrez le département

Export control.

Missions et responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :

• Aider à la mise en œuvre du programme de conformité interne et des plans de contrôle technologique

Travailler sur toutes les questions de contrôle des exportations traitées par le département, en tant que support pour les membres de l'équipe espagnole, y

compris les réglementations d'exportation SP, EU et US.

• Aider à la gestion des licences/contrats

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir (deux par trimestre) en Europe et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

• Sens des affaires et comportement éthique dans un environnement commercial fortement réglementé ;

• Formation universitaire ;

Compétences en matière de communication ; bon jugement commercial ; capacité à impliquer de manière appropriée d'autres personnes dans les consultations

et les décisions ;

• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles requises pour rédiger et éditer des politiques et des procédures, des rapports et des mémorandums ;

• Bon degré d'initiative, de crédibilité, d'indépendance, d'intégrité, de confidentialité et de confiance ;

• Langues : Maîtrise commerciale de l'anglais et de l'espagnol

Description of the job

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

- European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old.

- Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any.

The contract duration of VIE is 12 months.

A VIE for an Export control has arisen within Airbus Commercial in Getafe, Spain. You will join the export control department LOEO.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Help the definition and implementation of the internal compliance program and Technology Control Plans

• Work on all export control matters handled by the department, as a support for the Spanish team members, including SP, EU and US export regulations.

• Support license/agreements management

This role will involve around 2 travels for business per quarter in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• Business acumen and ethical behavior in a heavily regulated business environment;

• University educated;

• Communication skills; sound business judgment; ability to appropriately involve others in consultations and decisions;

• Excellent writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, reports and memorandums;

• Good degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust;

• Languages: Commercially fluent in English and Spanish
