Job Description:

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and
including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
• Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

We are for a highly motivated Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) to join our Customer Center Airbus Helicopters Canada.

This role is within the Material Support & Logistics (MS&L) and is critical for driving operational excellence and monitoring the performance of support
activities across the North American market.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Performance Monitoring and Analysis :
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to both Contracts and Material Management.
• Establish and monitor an alerting system by linking KPIs to operational data to proactively prevent future deviations.

3. Material Support & Logistics Operations (MS&L):
• Contribute to performance improvement by leading or participating in the AH Inc MS&L action plan.
• Execute operational tasks with the local front office and procurement teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the MS&L flow and overall performance.
• Support the local deployment of projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
• Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Gsheet/Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience: Knowledge of contract management is a definite asset.
• Language: Excellent communication skills in English.
• Other: Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and meet all VIE eligibility criteria.
