Job Title: Transformation Operations Intern

Internship Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated intern to join our Model Bases Systems Engineering Transformation team. This role is essential to the successful execution of our large-scale change initiatives. You will provide critical operational support for our communication,project and change management activities, ensuring smooth coordination and meticulous tracking. This internship provides an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate transformation, project management, and internal communications within a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Competence Coordination:

  • Work closely with HR to manage the requested training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, sending invitations, and virtual/physical room setup.
  • Align with the HR and Competence Development team to launch new or existing training whenever necessary.

Communications Support:

  • Drafting, formatting, and distributing content for internal newsletters, emails, and team announcements.
  • Support the regular maintenance and content updates for our internal G-Site and community portals.
  • Help collate success stories, team updates, and key metrics for various communication materials and presentations.
  • Help organize events on a need basis.

Project Management:

  • Provide coordination support for internal community engagement events, workshops, and team meetings (both virtual and physical).
  • Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables by updating project management tools (e.g., ZOHO) as directed.
  • Prepare and organize materials (e.g., presentations, guides, handouts) for stakeholder meetings and events.
  • Compile and synthesize data on a regular basis from various channels into clear reports.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Master's program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications or Human Resources.
  • Organization: Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication: Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Initiative: A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite), especially Slides, Sheets, and Docs. Experience with project tracking tools is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: A keen interest in corporate change management, internal communications, or project management. Must be a collaborative team player.
