Job Description:

This position aims to support the flight training administration at Airbus Beijing Training Centre.

1. Monitoring Policy / Compliance of Flight Training administration.(Pre-Requisite of
Trainees; Flight Instructor Dossier; Competency updating; Issuing Flight Training
Certificate, Course type updates, Process or Procedure updates, ATO Documents
updates etc.)
2. Support of the Admin team with daily support & Knowledge sharing --
3. Support Training Course Deployment in local ATO.
4. Deviation management.
5. Customized course Management.

6. Support the Administration of MYATO Beijing.
7. Support Instructor Account Management of Airbus training tools
8. Support for HoT and CFI
