This position directs the comprehensive administration of our training operations. As the core of our training delivery system, you will focus on achieving operational excellence and high customer satisfaction by:

  • Driving Operations: Overseeing strategic session scheduling and providing dedicated instructor support.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Guaranteeing strict adherence to MOLIT regulatory standards and TSA guidelines.
  • Maintaining Stability: Upholding a highly stable, efficient, and customer-focused training environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Scheduling: Collaborate with the scheduling team to assign instructors to Full Flight Simulator (FFS) sessions. Effectively balance customer airlines' monthly draft schedules with internal training needs to optimize resource utilization.
  • Real-Time Communication: Serve as the primary communication hub, guaranteeing that all stakeholders receive immediate updates regarding schedule adjustments, training issues, or operational irregularities.
  • Resource Forecasting: Analyse customer training forecasts to execute strategic manpower planning, proactively securing instructor availability.
  • Records Management: Supervise the maintenance of all physical and digital training records, ensuring strict adherence to the Korean Aviation Safety Act and specific customer standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for and navigating critical annual and biennial audits conducted by major stakeholders, including MOLIT, AIRBUS, and Korean Air.
  • Digital Integrity & System Management: Oversee the Electronic Training Schedule and Records system (iFlight) to maintain total data accessibility and accuracy. Regularly audit Voyage and Training records to swiftly identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Travel Logistics: Coordinate with ticketing personnel to arrange instructor flight reservations and secure hotel accommodations.
  • Financial Administration: Process monthly instructor expense claims and compile accurate training activity data to support payroll operations.
  • Procurement & Facility Management: Monitor office inventory and procure necessary supplies and equipment to maintain a fully functional training environment.
  • Qualification Tracking: Provide administrative support for instructor qualification management, including precise data entry, record verification, and strict document control.
  • Audit & Inspection Support: Assist in the logistical execution and documentation of internal evaluations, facility inspections, and external audits.

  • Analytical Planning: Accurately forecasts manpower needs by analysing shifting airline demands to guarantee optimal resource allocation.
  • Operational Agility: Swiftly adapts and reorganizes complex schedules during irregular operations or technical failures, maintaining peak service quality under pressure.
  • Meticulous Detail Orientation: Maintains flawless training records and documentation with pinpoint precision to eliminate regulatory and operational risks.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Guides and supports a diverse, international team of instructors through local administrative processes with cultural sensitivity and clarity.
  • Proactive Collaboration: Serves as a vital bridge between airline schedulers, logistics teams, and government authorities to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Conflict Resolution: Diplomatically resolves scheduling disputes, perfectly balancing instructor well-being with strict airline compliance standards.

Qualification & Professional skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
  • Proficient in Google suite applications and MS excel
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction. Show initiatives to drive change and improvements in the job.
  • Confidence to work in a multicultural environment and maintain Airbus corporate policies on ethics and compliance.
