Job Description:

The job holder is in constant relation with the Training Device engineer.

Operational Activities

- Sort, clean, and organize spare parts; assist in physical shelving and labeling
in room 10122 & 1018
- List all discarded parts in S027 and dispose them as per the process
Ensure the storage area remains clean, safe, and organized.

Accountabilities
- Spare part management, assist with the physical organization and digital logging of our spare parts inventory, ensure the parts are aligned with the status in Myteam
- List all discarded parts and dispose them as per the process

Operational Outputs

- Data Entry: Accurately log part specifications, quantities, and locations into
the inventory management system (Myteam).
- Scrap Management: Identify and categorize obsolete/damaged parts;
prepare documentation and physical items for the disposal/scrapping
process.

Qualifications:

- Technical Bachelor degree or above

- Proficient in using computers and office software, Good English reading and writing skills;

- Softskills: Good communication skills.
Attributes: High attention to detail, reliability, and a hands-on attitude.

- Technical Skills: Background: Students in Logistics, Industrial Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
