Training Business Development Intern

Job Description:

This position aims to serve TC revenue business activities and action plans, the intern’s contribution will bring fresh and differentiated marketing mindset and academic value of marketing tendency to Airbus training in China.
• Strategic activities
Responsibilities in developing the strategic direction for the company as a whole, or in developing the implementation plan for operationalizing the company’s strategy
Operating of Hua-Ou official Wechat account.
-Editing pictures and greeting cards
-Draft articles and news
• Client related activities
Responsibilities in managing both internal and external customers, and ensuring there is effective customer relationship management. Support customer events and ceremonies in Hua-Ou and customer/media/partner visits.

• Event Coordination & Logistics
Lead the logistical planning and execution of internal and external events, including seminars, workshops, and networking sessions. This includes managing event timelines, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing on-site.
• Operational activities
Responsibilities in running the day-to-day operations, and ensuring there is effective use of resources to achieve all the targets. Leading the role to collect training marketing info/ competitor price/ market intelligence.
Develop Airbus China Roof Digital Surveys as a tool to distribute & collect questionnaires to predict the potential demands of the market.
• Developmental activities
Responsibilities in managing the people resources for the division or department and ensure continuous people development.
• Charity Volunteer Project
Working with volunteers to support “HOPE Charity Shop” on each week activity, and involved in Airbus all charity activities on behalf of TC.

QUALIFICATION
1. EDUCATION: with Bachelor degree in Language Marketing / International economic major.
2. LANGUAGE: Fluent English both in written and oral speaking
3. KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: communication skill/ organization of conference/art of design
