Job main activities:

  • Integration and analysis of deadlines, budgets and resources.
  • Scheduling and project planning, including tasks distribution.
  • Risk and opportunity management, monitoring, control and reporting (milestone tracking), phase reviews.
  • Configuration control/change management of all contract data.
  • Manage the implementation of project tools and project processes.
  • Prepare EVM, EAC and delta analysis as well as deviations between "current"; budgets and planned activities to be carried out.
  • Integration and support in the PMO community (AH Marignane & AH Donauwörth).
  • Support and interface to Security, Export Control, Quality, IT and FMRE activities within the Tiger Program in AHE.
  • Performance and improvement management within the Tiger Program AHE area. Interface with AHE transformation activities.

Needed skills

  • English at the negotiation level (other languages would be a plus).
  • Bachelor / Master in Engineering for Aeronautics or similar, Economic experience for offer creation and contract execution, good financial acumen is appreciated.
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in project management or equivalent experience, PMP certificate or AIRBUS Program Management certificate "SILVER"; appreciated.
  • Independent work in program environment, team orientation, persistence, stamina in a complex environment.
  • Acting responsible, service and customer oriented.
  • Persuasiveness and assertiveness under difficult circumstances, distinct communication capabilities.
  • Experience in conflict management.
  • Negotiation capacities considering technical and commercial aspects, also taking into account demands/disputes between the Client and the Industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of government clients as well as national agencies (INTA/DGAM...) is appreciated.
  • Quick determination of complex aspects, identification of improvement potential not limited to own responsibilities and willingness to engage personally.
  • Capability to self-motivate and motivation of directly and functionally reporting employees.
  • Experience with OCCAR and Spanish Army Programme Office is appreciated.
