The position will contribute to the main objectives of the company in the area of Programs of Support for Commercialized products (H) :
A. Secure Safety Operations and represent Airbus Helicopters’ interests in front of Customer; Authorities (Spanish Administration). Acting with honesty and transparence in accordance with Airbus’ values achieving expected targets during contracts execution.
B. Secure profitability margins and performance, reporting to Airbus Helicopters Spain’s Management Board allowing activation of top management in critical key situations.
C. Responsible in front to Spanish Administration or Civil Customers of global performance of H Helicopters in Spain (customer satisfaction, fleet serviceability, safety and operational product performances) securing business sustainability.
D. To promote Support Airbus Helicopters products in the cycle of life of the Helicopters. Accountable of offers preparation for submission on time to customer leading negotiation up to contract signature.
E. To manage full AHE Organization (internal and external) and lead activities of Airbus as prime contractor. Full responsibility for financial drivers. To align the industrial and engineering strategy as well as the development and services partnership with the Spanish industrial and engineering stakeholders in order to develop the Spanish technical sovereignty in full alignment with Spain’s and Airbus Group’s interests.
F. Business development and lobbying activity in front of local and central administration, MoD, Civil operators and political bodies in Spain, as well, international organization as for example NSPA, and also towards other nations related to the Helicopters and the support in the cycle of life (mainly France and Germany).
G. To manage all the deliveries in front of the different customers, responsible of the delivery on time, on quality and cost.
Skills:
- Aeronautical Degree or equivalent
- Experience in SAP4HANA
- English high level desire
