Role Description

As an expert SAP ABAP on Hana and FIORI developer he/she should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and source code auditing.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.

The candidate will join the ERP CoE Platform team providing digital solutions to manage business processes throughout the Airbus group. As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in ABAP and UI5 Implementation.
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably more, in working with ABAP on Hana
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably more, in SAPUI5 controls, Fiori architecture and launchpad maintenance
  • Experienced in resolving SPAU and SPDD during system upgrades
  • At least 3 years of Experience in ABAP implementation, Proficient on working on SAP ECC and S/4 Hana, Should have worked on all RICEF Objects.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer facing skills.
  • Working experience in SAFE framework.
  • Basic understanding of technical architecture concepts such as security by design, user and access management etc.
  • Working knowledge of ABAP on HANA concepts like, code push down using New open sql, CDS Views, AMDPetc.
  • Good understanding of RAP for modern app development and extensibility.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain solutions as per the requirements based on development guidelines.
  • Understand technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape
  • Apply/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.
  • Perform deep dive root cause analysis and performance improvement
  • Perform source code auditing.
  • Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and
  • delivery.
  • Ability to understand the end to end life cycle of the project
  • Ability to work proactively and collaborate with multi-function teams throughout the project life cycle.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer facing skill. Working with European customers
  • Apply SAP UI5 , Abap best practices, golden rules and architect recommendation
  • Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery
  • Propose & develop the right ergonomic solution as per the requirements with good quality and performance
  • Manage Cutover Task, Preparation for Move to production, Job Monitoring, SPAU & SPDD
