Technisch-gewerblicher Ausbilder (d/m/w) mit IT-Affinität

Tätigkeiten:

• Begleitung unserer Auszubildenden vom ersten Tag bis zur Übernahme - Sie sind dabei fachlicher Ansprechpartner, Coach und Motivator zugleich
  
• Fachliche und persönliche Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Industrieelektriker/-innen (Geräte und Systeme), Elektroniker/-innen für Geräte und Systeme und Mechatroniker/-innen
  
• Verständliche und moderne Vermittlung der Theorie und Praxis
  
• Planung der Ausbildungsdurchläufe und Fachkurse
  
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  
• Weiterentwicklung moderner Ausbildungsformate und digitaler Lernmethoden
  
• Unterstützung beim Recruiting neuer Azubis
  
• Schaffung einer Lernumgebung, die neugierig macht und Spaß bringt
  

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
  
• Erfahrungen als Trainer, Ausbilder oder ähnlichem sind von Vorteil
  
• Fundierte elektrotechnische Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung
  
• IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Technologien
  
• Begeisterung für Themen wie Elektronik, Mechanik, Automatisierung, 3D-Druck
  
• Eine Ausbildereignung (AEVO) ist wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig
  
• Außerdem Sind Sie kommunikativ, motivierend und gehen offen auf junge Menschen zu
