Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for Technical Support (m/f) to join our Maintenance Engineering Opérations (ME Ops) Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will join the Maintenance Engineering Operations (ME Ops) department as Technical Support within the Single Aisle Customer Line. From a hierarchical perspective, you will report to the Head of Maintenance Engineering Operations, and operationally to the Operations Leader.

Your challenges:
- Operational Technical Support: Guide production teams in interpreting manufacturing files and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).
- ME Interface Management: Act as the single point of contact for processing modifications (RVP, S03) and routing updates within the workshop.
- Non-Conformance Management: Technically analyze disputes (TLB, QLB, NC) and manage concessions to ensure compliance.
- Tooling & Methods Mastery: Ensure the availability of critical tooling and drive corrective actions via digital tools.
- Delivery Preparation: Secure key aircraft transfer milestones (Delivery, TAC) and lead continuous improvement initiatives (PPS).
Your boarding pass:
- Academic Backgroundin Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an aerospace production environment (Customer Line / FAL).
- Mandatory proficiency in blueprint reading and professional software (SAP, AirnavX, Airina, 3DJump, IBM).
- Analytical mindset, reactivity to production contingencies, customer focus, and proactivity.
- Technical English (reading and writing aeronautical documentation).
