RESPONSABILITIES

You will lead journey for our most critical asset: People. You are a strategic consultant to our hiring managers and a brand ambassador to the world.

  • Be a Talent Scout: Move beyond LinkedIn. You’ll design creative sourcing strategies to find "purple squirrels" in the aerospace and tech sectors.
  • The Candidate Advocate: You’ll craft a world-class experience, ensuring every candidate-hired or not-becomes a fan of Airbus.
  • Strategic Partner: You won't just run interviews. You’ll advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and diversity best practices.
  • Brand Storyteller: You’ll represent us at major events and career fairs, sharing what it’s really like to work at the heart of European innovation.

SKILLS

  • A Seasoned Recruiter: You have 3+ years of experience, ideally in high-tech, defence, or aerospace.
  • A Sourcing Ninja: You navigate LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, and professional networks like a pro.
  • A Connector: You build trust easily with everyone from junior engineers to senior executives.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’ve mastered the ATS (if you know Workday, that’s a huge plus!).
  • Multilingual: You are fluent in Spanish and English. In our world, communication knows no borders.
  • Compliance-Conscious: You understand the nuances of Spanish labor law to ensure a smooth and fair hiring process.
