An opportunity for Talent Acquisition has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSABILITIES
The activities included in this position are related to the Talent Acquisition department. Focus on:
- Vocational Training internship campaigns (for production & non production environment)
- Recruitment processes (mainly for production profiles)
- Support Improvement of Talent Acquisition processes
- Employment Marketing activities related to Vocational Training
The candidate to this position will participate in the candidates management tasks and will participate on innovation and improvement projects. As part of the activities that will be carried out are:
- Blue Collar recruitment processes according to the "Bolsas de Personas Candidatas" process defined in the Employment Plan:
- Staffing plan coordination with KAM and HRBPs for blue collar profiles.
- JR management and workflow in the recruitment tool until the candidate is on-boarded in Airbus (Note: end to end recruitment process in Airbus Commercial).
- MSP coordination to prepare the candidates short lists.
- "Formacion Profesional" campaigns management:
- Coordination with vocational training schools to define the internship target and campaigns.
- Coordination with Vocational Training Focal points per site.
- External positions management and workflow in Recruitment tool until candidate is on-boarded in Airbus.
- Agreement management and related documentation.
- Trainees follow up during the training period in Airbus.
- Other activities related to vocation training:
Project to harmonize the Airbus "Formacion profesional" Dual Program- Definition of the Development Program for " Formacion Profesional" Business Tutors and Airbus Model according to applicable regulation.
- Participation in projects related to "Formacion Profesional" Strategy in Airbus (Airbus vocational training school, accreditations processes and educational training needs analysis).
- Coordination of Vocational Training Communication Plan in Spain.
- Vocational Training Google site development and maintenance.
- Support Improvements Talent Acquisition projects:
- Diversity

- Other activities related to Attraction of candidates/ Employer branding such vocational training fairs and school events to promote Airbus blue collar jobs
- Blue Collar recruitment processes according to the "Bolsas de Personas Candidatas" process defined in the Employment Plan:

SKILLS
