Responsibilities - your mission
The jobholder is as part of a cross divisional team, responsible for digital transformation systems and tools which are used by cross divisional and cross commodity teams.
the team is responsible for digital systems supporting multiple sourcing, contracting and direct/indirect procurement tools
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Manage the functional/Data support on MySED+ tool which has a significant set of users and stakes during the supplier campaigns and roadshow.
- Manage relationships with Software provider technology counterparts and work together for Run mode support.
- Data maintenance and analysis of trends, utilization , reports cross application that
- Manage internal communication and work transversally with team members.
- Work on Artificial Intelligence use cases and opportunities across applications and contribute to future AI uses cases collection & implementation.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
- At least -3 year experience in Digital systems/solutions
- At least 1 years experience in project coordination, part of projects experience (Agile or Waterfall)
- Experience working with Cloud based software such as AWS .
- Experience in leading topics concerning to data analysis, analytics data and / or processes
- Communication skills in addressing several external and internal partners
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Team player in a multinational and cross-divisional team for artificial intelligence topic.
- Analytical and open to new ways of working
- Demonstrated affinity to digital solutions and working with IM teams
- English fluent / negotiation level in written and spoken. A second language (French, German, Spanish) is a plus
- Procurement experience is a benefit
- Artificial intelligence skills / MS Office or similar (Google Suite)
