Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain and Quality Specialist (f/m) to join our Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality team in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team that develops a worldwide supplier portfolio, serving all Airbus programs transnationally. Within the PIMS Fasteners team, you will be involved in supplier portfolio management specializing in adherence and management of Quality, aiming to ensure contract adherence related to quality performance, industrial risk management, and continuous process improvement to guarantee deliveries to Airbus plants

Your challenges:
- Assess suppliers during the tendering phase, manage quality approvals, and ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial production (via FAIR, APQP, ToW).
- Drive end-to-end contract execution to guarantee On Time, On Quality, and On Cost performance.
- Evaluate supplier capacity and capabilities, identify industrial risks, and implement development and mitigation plans.
- Handle complex quality events (NoE, SARI, concessions) and establish short-term recovery plans and root-cause analyses.
- Support SCQMs on manufacturing engineering, change management, audits (Aero-excellence, CMA), and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
Your boarding pass:
- Background in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace Quality or Supply Chain, ideally with specific expertise in the Fastener commodity.
- Proficiency in aerospace tools and regulations (APQP, FAIR, EASA, NADCAP, SAP, Skywise) and manufacturing processes (forging, machining, heat treatment, coatings).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership to drive recovery plans, analytical mindset, high responsiveness to crises, and collaborative spirit.
- Fluent English (C1 level minimum) is mandatory to operate in an international environment and interface daily with global suppliers.
