Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain Material Flow Manager to join our Saint Eloi Supply Chain Operations Team based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team responsible for managing supplier relationships and the procurement of materials and elementary parts for Saint-Eloi Plant. We are looking for a strategic Supply Chain Material Flow Manager to orchestrate a €20M portfolio of raw materials and parts. You will be referent for our "Free Issue Process," ensuring our international suppliers have exactly what they need, when they need it, to keep Airbus flying high.

Your challenges :
- Pilot the Subcontracting Budget: Drive and optimize a €400k/year budget supporting our operations, performance & planning management
- Be the Voice of Airbus: Building strong relationships with international suppliers and resolving operational headwinds
- Master the Flow: Secure a reliable demand cascade, manage inventories at Airbus vendor facilities, and lead deep-dive root cause investigations when gaps arise.
- Drive Transformation: You aren't here to just maintain the status quo. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, action plan, stock reductions, KPIs implementation, S@V survey ) and free-issue implementation or eradication.
- Become the Ultimate Reference: Share your passion! Act as the go-to business expert for the entire PIOY organization (onboarding newcomers, hosting awareness sessions, and providing top-tier technical support).
- Promote free issue activities: within internal stakeholders (Procurement, SCQM, Finance, Process owners, SO, ARP team) on operational & strategic topics.

- You have a good level of English (proficient in speaking, reading, and writing).
- You are a serious, motivated, organized, responsive, autonomous and dynamic person who enjoys teamwork.
- Leadership and assertiveness to influence and challenge the status quo
- Ability to build & develop professional relationships with team members, subcontractors, peers and stakeholders.Customer oriented
- You are comfortable with IT and office tools, particularly the Google Suite.
- You have previous experience working with an ERP system (SAP).
