Etre l'interface entre la production, les magasins et les achats (périmètre interne).

Garantir la disponibilité des ressources par rapport aux besoins.

Préparer le travail en amont afin d’éviter tout problème technique.

Communiquer avec les achats opérationnels sur les pièces critiques manquantes.

Obtenir des engagements de livraison.

Faire le lien entre le contremaître en atelier et les achats opérationnels quant aux pièces manquantes.

Gérer les aléas de flux : erreurs, pertes, pièces cassées, …

Signaler les pièces manquantes.

Trouver des solutions alternatives.
