Your mission:

An internship opportunity titled : « Business Analyst- Quality Methods & Tool » has just opened at Airbus India l ocated in Bangalore . You will join the "Quality" department in charge of Quality for Physical Systems .

Ideally, this is a 6 -month program and it should start in [June/2026] (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

1. Testing Strategy, Execution & Quality Assurance (70% Scope)

• Strategy & Planning : Design and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases specifically for SAP QM functionalities within the product.
  
• Execution : Execute various testing cycles, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing (especially with SAP PP/MM), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Defect Management : Manage and track defects throughout the testing life cycle, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Tool Proficiency : Proven ability to create structured test plans and execute testing using tools like SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Azure DevOps (ADO), or Jira.
  
• Compliance : Ensure that all testing activities align with industry standards and internal quality procedures.
  

2. Functional Analysis (30% Scope)

• SAP QM Expertise : Leverage deep experience in SAP QM processes, particularly those related to Inspection Processing, Inspection Lot creation, Results Recording, and Usage Decision (UD).
  
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for new features.
  
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed, clear, and unambiguous functional specifications and user stories.
  
• Analyze and document current state processes ("As-Is") and model future state processes ("To-Be") using standard tools.
  

3. Collaboration & Documentation

• Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the business unit, SAP configuration/development teams, and external vendor teams.
  
• Review Leadership: Lead requirement review meetings, test case reviews, and UAT sessions.
  
• Project Artifacts: Maintain and update all project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices (to ensure testing covers all requirements), process flowcharts, and training materials.
  

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Testing Tools: Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Azure DevOps (ADO), or Jira
  
• SAP Knowledge: Strong, demonstrable experience and knowledge of the SAP Quality Management (QM) module.

Eligibility Criteria:

• You are pursuing technical Under Graduate or post graduate in B.Tech / M. Tech. / M. E. in Aerospace, Mechanical, IT, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.
  

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

SAP Solution Manager: Basic

- Soft Skills :

Analytical Skills: analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Language skills :

- English : fluent
