Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage 2025 - Projets et Compétences RH en Santé & Sécurité (f/h) ​» vient de s'ouvrir au sein du siège social d’Airbus à Blagnac.

Vous rejoindrez le département « Centres d’Excellence en Environnement, Santé, Sécurité » en charge de définir les exigences pour assurer le respect de la réglementation, et les orientations à appliquer dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise, qui assure la sécurité de nos collaborateurs lors des diverses activités réalisées au sein d'Airbus.

Votre stage sera axé sur le soutien aux activités de l’Académie H&S afin de développer les compétences relatives à la santé et à la sécurité pour l’ensemble des employés. Vous aurez l'opportunité de participer au développement de solutions d'apprentissage nouvelles et passionnantes, ainsi que de soutenir la gestion du portefeuille d'environ 400 formations existantes.

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:

  • Gestion et promotion du portefeuille de formation Santé & Sécurité

  • Amélioration de l'efficacité du processus global de la formulation de la formulation des besoins jusqu'à l'évaluation de l’efficacité et de l'impact de la formation

  • Projets de développement de solutions de formation

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes:

  • Aperçu de la manière dont le développement des personnes est géré dans une organisation mondiale

  • Gestion de projet

  • Ingénierie andragogique (apprentissage)

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou un domaine d'études lié à l'EHS (de préférence avec une option gestion des ressources humaines ou gestion de projet).

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

  • Capacité à participer à des projets et à des revues menés en anglais et à développer du matériel connexe

  • Capacité à appliquer les meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet et àstructurer/prioriser plusieurs activités simultanées

  • Compétences liées au développement des personnes, y compris la gestion des emplois, des compétences et de l'apprentissage

  • Gestion des parties prenantes

● Compétences linguistiques attendues :

  • Anglais: courant

  • Français: intermédiaire

  • Une capacité à parler Espagnol ou Allemand serait un plus pour ce stage.

We offer an internship: " Internship 2025 - HR Projects and Competence in Health & Safety (f/m)" at Airbus' Group's Corporate Headquarters, based in Blagnac in France.

You will join the EHS Centres of Expertise team who work as part of the corporate teams with a transnational perimeter within the Environment, Health & Safety function in charge of defining the requirements to ensure compliance with regulations, and the guidance to be applied across the business, that keeps our people safe during the diverse activities undertaken across Airbus.

Your internship will be focused on supporting the activities of the Health & Safety Academy to develop competence across the business in Health & Safety related competences, and for those in H&S job roles. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development of new and exciting learning solutions, as well as support the management of the portfolio of around 400 existing learnings.

The Health & Safety Academy plays an essential role in defining the roles and competences used both within the Health & Safety function teams in all Airbus divisions globally, and in all business areas. The activities of the academy include defining a competence strategy that enables the business strategy, as well as managing job and competence catalogues, and defining the learning paths and developing associated learning solutions that will support people development and proficiency in the health & safety competencies.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the head of academy, and a transnational network of academy focal points drawn from the health and safety function, covering the various divisions, countries and regions, as well as actors from the central HR people development organisation. Fluency in english is therefore a pre-requisite for this position.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Main tasks and activities:

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

You will contribute to the following:

  • Management and promotion of the Health & Safety learning portfolio

  • Improving the efficiency of the overall process from business or compliance need to learning effectiveness and impact

  • Learning solution development projects

  • This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

  • Insights into the way people development is managed in a global organisation

  • Project management

  • Andragogical (learning) engineering


Your Boarding Pass:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in either Human Resources management, or an EHS related field of study (preferably with a Human Resources management or project management option) and you will develop the following competences:

  • Ability to participate in projects and reviews conducted in english, and develop related materials

  • Ability to apply project management best practices and structure / prioritise multiple concurrent activities

  • People development related competences, including the management of jobs, competences and learning

  • Stakeholder management

Language skills :

  • French : intermediate

  • English : advanced

  • Any additional languages can be a bonus for this internship position (Spanish and German)
