Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Technical Team focused on:

The main activity shall be the development of software and process automation for test equipment including Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), Unit Testers (UT), and module set-ups developed to perform the qualification and acceptance testing of flight electronics. The candidate shall be involved in the following activities:

  • SW requirements analysis and implementation
  • Development, HW/SW Integration and verification of SW to control electronic boards or equipment including management of instrumentation.
  • Preparation of the required documentation
  • Performance of the different control systems in order to apply them in automation processes.


Education and background requirements

Engineering degree, and experience in the following areas:

  • Wide experience with .NET Framework 4
  • Visual Studio environment and C# language
  • Familiar with WPF and WCF.
  • Experience with Python 3.6 and standalone test scripts development.
  • Experience with several communication protocols and sockets (TCP-IP, ZeroMQ,...)
  • HW/SW integration and managing of lab equipment
  • Valuable experience with integration and maintenance tools (Git, JIRA, Windchill, Doors)


Also, as "nice to have"..:

  • Experience with test automation with innovative methodologies (Autotest, Big Data, Machine Learning, IoT)
  • Single-board computers or System on Chip (SoC) programing experience
  • LXI/IEEE488 equipment programing experience
  • Experience of the Linux and Windows operating systems


Soft skills set required:

Our team members hold a team player role for every project stages. They must demonstrate initiative and capability for continuous learning and indentification of opportunities on process automation. In this environment, the candidate must show capability to work in group with people from different areas, good analytical skills and methodical approach to problem resolution and investigations, and good communication skills. English proficiency is a must.
