Role : Skywise Virtual Campus Trainer

Description:

With more than 48 000 active users all over the world, Skywise is a data-driven platform with a comprehensive set of tools and it is fuelled by Airbus expertise aiming to solve real-world problems.

Skywise Virtual Campus is delivering a wide range of upskilling solutions to make the most of the Skywise platform for this community of internal & external users.

“Learning by doing” is the Skywise Virtual Campus driver to design a best-in-class learning offer.

Responsibilities

As a Skywise Trainer in Skywise Virtual Campus, you will:

Design innovative hands-on learning solutions on Skywise in adherence with Skywise learning strategy and Skywise new features roadmap.

Facilitate virtual classrooms on data-driven solutions including no-code/low code tools as well as coding tools to all of its user base including Airbus, Airlines, and Partners personnel around the world

Design, develop and maintain the Skywise Virtual Campus App, our own Learning Management System, developed with Skywise to operate our learning services (consult self learnings, manage live sessions planning & registration, collect users feedback...). This application is instrumental to the Skywise Virtual Campus allowing users to register to virtual classrooms while helping the trainers to plan/manage training sessions and to monitor/report on KPIs for the full learning catalogue.

Constantly develop and update your computing and core analytics skills as a power user of Skywise whilst contributing to related communities of practices (Digital Product Management, Analytics, Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in one of the following domains: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
  • Experience of 3-5 years on data analytics/engineering or business intelligence projects

Required Skills

  • Web Programming (Python - PySpark/Pandas, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, HTML)
  • Expertise in data transformation techniques (data pipelines, ETL, code authoring, PySpark/Pandas)
  • Advanced level of English is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll be collaborating with Skywise experts and stakeholders to transform complex information into engaging learning experiences. This requires strong active listening skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • A strong focus on "customer-facing behavior" interacting directly with the user base including Airbus, Airlines, and Partners personnel around the world .
  • Creative problem-solving and a passion for pedagogy: You'll be designing innovative learning solutions that cater to different user profiles and keep our community engaged. This means thinking outside the box, embracing challenges with a positive attitude, and staying curious about new technologies and pedagogical approaches.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and a collaborative spirit: You'll be working in a dynamic environment with multiple projects. This requires a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Working experience on Palantir Foundry (Pipelines, Code authoring, Pyspark...) is a plus
  • Working experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum, SAFe or Kanban projects ) is a plus.
  • Working experience in elaborating learning content implementing real-time scenario and use-case is a plus.
  • Working experience on AWS capabilities (AWS EMR , AWS MSK,AWS ATHENA) and Generative AI development (Google Gemini, Palantir AIP, ChatGPT, Le Chat...) is a plus
