Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Solution Architect (M/F) to join the CRM solutions domain based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions :

Activities around Customer Relationship Management are today mainly driven by Marketing, Sales and Support departments. These business domains are composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various digital solutions that help building up customer relationships.
The objectives are numerous and various: improve customer satisfaction, enhance team efficiency and participate in flight safety.

In this context, the Digital Solution Architect is dedicated to supporting these businesses in driving the architectural and technical vision of our department and designing IT solutions that support a common vision shared across business departments. Our CRM solutions portfolio consists in :

  • Our Salesforce platform, which includes: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and other tiers applications (QUIP, PROS CPQ, Qualtrics...)
  • Our customer portal AirbusWorld: powered by Liferay portal solution, that exposes a set of services developed with the last industry standards
  • Our technical requests applications: a set of web and mobile based services developed specifically to answer to both Customers expectation and Security standards
  • A wide range of custom web-based applications that support various domains from marketing to support

Your main missions will be :

Architecture Design & Governance :

  • Define and maintain the target architecture for our CRM (Salesforce ecosystem) and our Web Customer Portal, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Design robust, scalable architectures for our Web Portals and Apps, decoupling front-ends (Angular/Node.js) from back-ends via well-defined API layers.
  • Establish and document technical standards (blueprints) that Tech Leads will apply. Ensure architectural compliance across projects to prevent technical debt.
  • Work jointly with other Airbus group divisions in order ensure consistency/integration across the group on CRM solutions

Technical Strategy :

  • Design the "Architectural Runway" to support future roadmap features: Containerization strategy (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployment models suitable for our industry constraints (Sovereign Cloud, Hybrid Cloud), standardize our usage of infrastructure components (API gateways, message brokers like Solace) and anticipate future deployment (data and AI platforms).
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure that heavy industry security standards (MFA, OIDC) are at the heart of our strategy

Tech Watch & Innovation :

  • Assess emerging technologies (GenAI, new JS frameworks, Cloud services) and decide on their inclusion in the roadmap.
  • Build "Proof of Concepts" (POC) to validate architectural choices.

Your profile :

  • Web Mastery : Deep expertise in modern JavaScript ecosystems (Node.js, TypeScript), SPA frameworks & Modern JS Frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue) and CMS (Liferay).
  • CRM solutions : Experience on CRM cloud based solutions (Salesforce or others)
  • Cloud Native : Proven experience with Docker and Orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift). Familiarity with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and the constraints of Sovereign Cloud.
  • API Design : Strong background in designing secure APIs (REST, GraphQL) and API Management policies.
  • DevOps Culture : Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), and observability (ELK, Prometheus, Dynatrace).
  • Web Security : Knowledge of web security standards is non-negotiable: OWASP, CSP (Content Security Policy), TLS protocols, and WAF configuration.
  • Agile methodologies & mindset : Experience in agile at scale organizations
  • Architecture Methods & Standards : Strong proficiency in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF) and modeling languages (ArchiMate). You are able to produce standardized architectural blueprints and data flow diagrams that serve as the reference for the entire organization.
