Scopo della Posizione

In qualità di Senior Safety Officer, sarai il punto di riferimento operativo per i Safety Managers
nell'implementazione e nel mantenimento del Safety Management System (SMS) integrato per le nostre organizzazioni Part-145 (Base & Line), CAMO, DOA e POA.
La tua missione sarà garantire il più alto standard di sicurezza operativa, assicurando la conformità ai regolamenti EASA (inclusa la Part-IS) e l'integrazione con i requisiti di gestione del rischio dello standard EN 9100. Agirai come catalizzatore della Just Culture e del miglioramento continuo in tutti i dipartimenti aziendali.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Safety Management System (SMS): Coordinare il processo di identificazione dei pericoli e gestione dei rischi (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment). Monitorare l'efficacia delle azioni di mitigazione.

  • Occurrence Reporting: Gestire il flusso delle segnalazioni (interne ed esterne), guidando le investigazioni di Safety per identificare le root causes e i fattori umani coinvolti.

  • Information Security (Part-IS): Supportare attivamente l'implementazione del Sistema di Gestione della Sicurezza delle Informazioni aeronautiche, monitorando le minacce e la conformità ai nuovi requisiti EASA.

  • Safety Assurance & Auditing: Pianificare ed eseguire audit di Safety e verifiche interne, assicurando che i processi operativi siano allineati ai manuali e agli standard di Sicurezza.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Collaborare alla revisione e all'aggiornamento dei manuali aziendali (MOE, CAME, DOH, POE) e delle procedure SMS, garantendo l'allineamento tra le diverse approvazioni.

  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Elaborare i Safety Performance Indicators (SPI) e i relativi target(SPT), preparando report analitici per il Safety Board e le Autorità Competenti.

  • Promozione della Safety Culture: Progettare e condurre sessioni di addestramento e workshop sui fattori umani e sulla Sicurezza, promuovendo attivamente la cultura della segnalazione

Come convincerci che sei la persona giusta

  • Esperienza Consolidata: Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Safety o Quality all'interno di organizzazioni aeronautiche regolate EASA (preferibilmente con focus su elicotteri o gestione componenti/motori).

  • Competenze Normative: Conoscenza approfondita dei regolamenti EASA Part-145, Part-CAMO, Part-21 (J & G). La conoscenza del regolamento EASA Part-IS è considerata un forte valore aggiunto.

  • Expertise in Risk Management: Padronanza delle metodologie di analisi del rischio e delle tecniche di investigazione sugli incidenti/anomalie.

  • Qualifiche di Auditing: Certificazione come Internal Auditor (ISO 19011 o EN 9100). La familiarità con lo standard AS/EN 9100 è importante.

  • Soft Skills & Human Factors: Approfondita conoscenza dei principi di Human Factors e capacità di influenzare positivamente il comportamento del personale operativo.

  • Lingue e Strumenti: Eccellente padronanza dell'inglese tecnico (fondamentale per la manualistica e i rapporti con le Autorità).

  • Ottima dimestichezza con software gestionali aeronautici e tool di analisi dati.

  • Completano il profilo elevata capacità analitica, autonomia decisionale e doti comunicative per interfacciarsi con i diversi dipartimenti (Manutenzione, Ingegneria, Produzione, Progettazione).

We are looking for a Senior Aviation Safety Officer to join our team and actively contribute to the Safety management of our operations. If you desire to be part of a dynamic reality, where every day is an opportunity to learn and grow, this is your chance.

Role Purpose

As a Senior Safety Officer, you will be the operational point of reference for Safety Managers in the implementation and maintenance of the integrated Safety Management System (SMS) for our Part-145 (Base & Line), CAMO, DOA, and POA organizations.

Your mission will be to ensure the highest standard of operational safety, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations (including Part-IS) and integration with the risk management requirements of the EN 9100 standard. You will act as a catalyst for Just Culture and continuous improvement across all company departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Safety Management System (SMS): Coordinate the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment process. Monitor the effectiveness of mitigation actions.

  • Occurrence Reporting: Manage the flow of internal and external reports, leading Safety investigations to identify root causes and involved human factors.

  • Information Security (Part-IS): Actively support the implementation of the Information Security Management System, monitoring threats and compliance with new EASA requirements.

  • Safety Assurance & Auditing: Plan and execute Safety audits and internal verifications, ensuring that operational processes are aligned with manuals and Safety standards.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Collaborate on the review and update of company manuals (MOE, CAME, DOH, POE) and SMS procedures, ensuring alignment between different approvals.

  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop Safety Performance Indicators (SPI) and relative targets (SPT), preparing analytical reports for the Safety Board and Competent Authorities.

  • Promotion of Safety Culture: Design and conduct training sessions and workshops on Human Factors and Safety, actively promoting a reporting culture.

How to convince us you are the right person

  • Consolidated Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Safety or Quality roles within EASA-regulated aviation organizations (preferably with a focus on helicopters or component/engine management).

  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of EASA Part-145, Part-CAMO, and Part-21 (J & G) regulations. Knowledge of EASA Part-IS is considered a strong added value.

  • Expertise in Risk Management: Mastery of risk analysis methodologies and investigation techniques for incidents/anomalies.

  • Auditing Qualifications: Certification as an Internal Auditor (ISO 19011 or EN 9100). Familiarity with the AS/EN 9100 standard is important.

  • Soft Skills & Human Factors: Thorough knowledge of Human Factors principles and the ability to positively influence the behavior of operational personnel.

  • Languages & Tools: Excellent command of technical English (essential for manuals and relations with Authorities). Proficiency with aviation management software and data analysis tools.

  • Attitude: High analytical capacity, decision-making autonomy, and communication skills to interface with various departments (Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Design).
