  • Provide expertise to resolve complex technical anomalies, operational bottlenecks, and system deviations within targeted timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional FHS stakeholders to address recurrent technical blockages and streamline ACD query resolution.
  • Technically support continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects, to elevate operational efficiency and eliminate recurring process defects.

Technical Guidance & Operational Backup

  • Support Team Leader coordinating peer backup and cross-training execution, to safeguard deliverables performance during high-volume spikes or staff absences
  • Deliver training for newcomers and subcontractors, establishing standardized onboarding modules, training frameworks, and case study repositories
  • Review subcontractor deliverable quality against standard procedures and technical standards, escalating systemic non-conformances to Team Leader.
  • Partner with the Team Leader to support technical evaluation and rollout of strategic automation initiatives.
  • Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct
  • Carry out any other task as directed by the superior, including deputation when necessary

Outputs

  • High-quality and timely execution of complex Aircraft Configuration Data (ACD) packages and technical query resolution to enforce strict 24-hour SLA performance across the network
  • Demonstrated achievement of 100% data integrity across FHS MIS database records, technical documentation, and CASTOR blockage tagging workflows
  • Consolidated operational dashboards and technical blockage trend reports delivered to the Team Leader, detailing operational bottlenecks, GRB root-cause trends, and database integrity metrics
  • Contribution to continuous improvement, process optimization, subcontractor technical quality checks, and operational issue resolution.

Qualification & Professional Skills
