Responsibilities

• Contracts - Support the implementation of security clauses in third party contracts, support negotiations of security & ensure alignment across divisions.

• Regulations - Anticipate security regulations in relevant geographies, analyse and assess impact on Airbus Businesses.

• Information Security Management Systems - Support the development of a Global ISMS, ensure compliance & certification with specific focus on Aeronautical, Cybersecurity and security standards and regulations

• National Security - Ensure Governance rules definition via Joint Accreditation Panel

Main activities

In the Corporate Security Function, the ‘Security System & Governance Manager(s)’ for Corporate “Regulations & Security Management Systems” Team will act on all the following security aspects:

  • Deliver legal expertise in this field to serve business needs.
  • Monitor laws & regulations related to Security, including specific security standards & regulations, world wide.
  • You will be a focal point for the Airbus procurement organisation around the world and the businesses for security legal topics:

• Review of contracts for legal matters related to security, cybersecurity & digitalization,

• Draft and support negotiation of specific security-related clauses in digitalization contracts with third parties.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
