A vacancy for a Security Performance and Improvement has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid)

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated professional to join our Security Management team, specifically focused on driving Security and Governance deliverables.

The candidate will contribute to Improvement Projects by enhancing quality standards, integrating security protocols, and establishing measurable performance indicators to ensure process excellence and consistency.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Embedding security requirements and protocols into the existing processes.
  
• Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
  
• Set up /drive the milestones to deliver the security maturity and risks assessment
  
• Set up and drive the milestones to deliver single source recovery and competence landscape
  
• Manage the PMO documents, including master plan, milestone adherence, risks and opportunities, management reporting, as well as budget reporting.
  
• Supporting the gate reviews through defining checklists with the improvement teams
  
• Driving governance improvement
  

SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or security management.
  
• Knowledge of Airbus security process landscape, security tools and organization.
  
• Experience of working with classified information and understanding of government security protocols.
  
• Familiarity with security regulations and ability to navigate diverse cultural and business environments.
  
• Experience in defence/military aerospace programmes, preferably in an international context
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Advanced level in English.
  
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
• A proactive approach to identify potential security challenges and driving continuous improvement in security practices.
  
• A security clearance or being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities
