Within Airbus, security topics are managed by our “Corporate Security” department, a transnational organization based in France, UK, Germany and Spain, with a direct link to our global infrastructure, sites & regions (e.g. INDIA, AMER, APAC, EMEA...). The security department of ~300 employees are in charge of the protection of people, products and systems. Your Team & Mission Airbus operates in a complex ecosystem, it is imperative that we protect our company through security compliance risks and opportunities management. Responsibilities • Contracts - Support the implementation of security clauses in third party contracts, support negotiations of security & ensure alignment across divisions. • Regulations - Anticipate security regulations in relevant geographies, analyse and assess impact on Airbus Businesses. • Information Security Management Systems - Support the development of a Global ISMS, ensure compliance & certification with specific focus on Aeronautical, Cybersecurity and security standards and regulations • National Security - Ensure Governance rules definition via Joint Accreditation Panel Dimensions Main activities In the Corporate Security Function, the ‘ Security Compliance and Contractual Support Specialist ’ for Corporate “Regulations & Security Management Systems” Team will act on all the following security aspects:
Deliver legal expertise in this field to serve business needs.
Monitor laws & regulations related to Security, including specific security standards & regulations, world wide.
You will be a focal point for the Airbus procurement organisation around the world and the businesses for security legal topics:
• Review of contracts for legal matters related to security, cybersecurity & digitalization, • Draft and support negotiation of specific security-related clauses in digitalization contracts with third parties. • The jobholder directly influences the contractual relation of Airbus and its affiliates with its suppliers in the context of security compliances.
Nature of Contacts:
• Frequent contacts with Procurement teams in Airbus, and all controlled affiliates
• Close working relation in terms of best practices and lessons learned sharing within the Security Governance community
Physical Requirements:
Onsite or remote: 80% ONSITE minimum.
• Vision: Daily. able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports.
• Hearing: Daily able to hear and participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms.
• Speaking: Daily. able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.
• Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors):Daily. able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment
• Carrying: occasionally able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 14kgs.
• Lifting: occasionally able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 14kgs.
• Pushing / Pulling: occasionally able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools.
• Sitting: Daily able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer.
• Squatting / Kneeling: occasionally able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.
• Standing: Daily able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor.
• Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice for 20% of the working time.
• Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): daily able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.
• Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site
• Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
