Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to support one of our Customer Services Vice Presidents in Toulouse, France.

You will join a dynamic, global team within the Maintenance & Retrofit Engineering organization, dedicated to supporting airlines worldwide with critical services like Maintenance Optimisation and Retrofit solutions.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a key partner to the VP. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating complex calendars and travel arrangements, as well as managing high-profile events for internal teams and airline customers. Additionally, you will support the business operations by gathering data and crafting impactful presentations for the management team.

Your missions:

  • Manage diary of HO SIM and organize meetings and appointments
  • Manage filing systems and distribution list updated
  • Administer general supplies purchase, relying on a focal point network
  • Support internal communication (Newcomer sessions, Weblives, etc)
  • Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation including visa application and invitation letter when required. Create expense reports accordingly.
  • Organize team boosters and team events for SIM / SIMx
  • Support new arrivals in SIM team (newcomers, trainees, appendices): request for move, IT access
  • Act as the French Facility Focal Point (Office set-up, moves)
  • Plan and organise the team recurrent meeting calendar
  • Collaborate with SIM worldwide network and other assistants (located in Toulouse, Hamburg, Filton, Madrid, Mobile, Bangalore, Beijing)


Your boarding pass:

  • You are an agile, organised person, and you feel comfortable in a diverse transnational environment
  • You have an Airbus background (Organisation, processes and tools).
  • Knowledge of the Airbus Customer Services environment is a plus
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills. You are a team player with a positive attitude
  • You demonstrate strong organisational skills, you are reliable, you take ownership
  • You have an advanced level of English
  • You are a proficient user of GSuite apps and Airbus tools
