Responsibilities - your mission

The jobholder will act as the single source of reference in terms of financial data for the Digital perimeter, having the following tasks:

  • CapEx Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Prepare the overall financial reporting for the Information Systems activities of Digital, concerning investment
    • Build system extracts and check consistency of the monthly financial closing data and organize monthly review, consolidating business comments and actions
    • Approve and monitor the launch of Purchase Order related to investment
    • Monitor and analyze deviations linked to investment process
    • Carry out ad-hoc analysis to support understanding of the Digital financial data and proactively propose improvement axes
  • Chargeback process:
    • Support the definition of the chargeback model, including drivers and stakeholders included
    • Coordinate cross-divisional & intra-group IM services recharging activities with Digital business controllers and Integrated Finance team
  • Controlling Processes :
    • Support adhoc analysis
    • Champion digital transformation and workflow automation
    • Support / Backup for cost by nature related tasks

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Business Management education in Finance or other related field
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in Financial Controlling or related areas;
  • A capacity to deliver recurring financial pictures with full accuracy on the data.
  • A capacity to understand the needs/expectations of each stakeholder while keeping the consistency with above level guidance and financial targets
  • Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset:
    • Deliverable-driven, able to work with short deadlines
    • Good analytical skills with an ability to switch from big picture to detailed view, and to give meaning to complex facts and figures
    • Problem-solver
    • Proactive in proposing improvement solutions to the business
    • Able to look at performance/sustainability on short/mid/long-term solutions
  • Communication skills are key, creating trustful relationships quickly in a remote work context and maintaining a broad network within the Finance
  • Language: English mandatory, French and/or German is a plus
  • Full mastery of Google Suite
