We are now looking for a Customer Services Financial Controller (Maternity Leave Cover) to join our GBS.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
- Customer Services growth through implementation of financial monitoring of its projects (investments tracking, value monitoring,...)
- Support team members on transverse activities (business cases, performance follow-up, transformation projects...)
- Ensure compliance is at heart of Customer Services activities (via compliance reporting)
Skills & Prerequisites:
- Bachelors degree in the field of Audit & Controlling or equivalent.
- Financial and controlling processes knowledge
- Proven analytical skills (modeling and database management),
- Digitalization (Google Suite, Excel...)
- Team spirit & and good interpersonal skills
- Curious, organized
- Autonomy & adaptability towards change
- Proactivity, force of proposal (for continued improvement and simplification) and solution oriented mindset
Language skills:
English: fluent
French is a plus
