Misión:
Como recepcionista serás la primera impresión profesional de la compañía, gestionando de manera eficiente todas las comunicaciones de entrada (físicas, telefónicas y digitales) y brindando soporte administrativo clave para garantizar el funcionamiento fluido de la oficina, en apego a los estándares de Airbus.
Responsailidades:
Gestión de Recepción:
- Manejar el conmutador, dirigir llamadas y recibir a visitantes, clientes y mensajeros de manera cortés y profesional en inglés y español.
- Apoyar en reuniones y coordinar la logística básica para juntas (servicios de café/agua, equipos audiovisuales).
Soporte Administrativo y Logístico:
- Administrar la correspondencia, paquetería y mensajería entrante y saliente, asegurando su registro y entrega oportuna.
- Mantener el orden en las áreas comunes, como la recepción y sala de espera.
- Brindar soporte en tareas administrativas menores a diferentes departamentos (archivo, fotocopiado, captura de datos).
Atención al Cliente:
- Actuar como punto focal para consultas básicas, resolviendo o escalando las solicitudes de manera efectiva.
Soporte Tienda Airbus:
- Apoyo en la venta de artículos de la Tienda Airbus, incluyendo la atención al cliente, el registro de transacciones y el cobro.
Requerimientos:
Licenciatura terminada en Administración o afín.
Inglés intermedio conversacional
Experiencia mínima 2-3 años en roles de recepción o servicio al cliente corporativo.
Manejo intermedio Google Suite
Manejo de SAP

Mission: As a Receptionist, you will be the company's first professional impression, efficiently managing all incoming communications (physical, telephone, and digital) and providing key administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, in adherence to Airbus standards.
Responsibilities:
Reception Management:
- Handle the switchboard, direct calls, and courteously and professionally welcome visitors, clients, and couriers in both English and Spanish.
- Support meetings and coordinate basic logistics for gatherings (coffee/water services, audiovisual equipment).
Administrative and Logistics Support:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and mail, ensuring their registration and timely delivery.
- Maintain order in common areas, such as the reception and waiting room.
- Provide support for minor administrative tasks to various departments (filing, photocopying, data entry).
Customer Service:
- Act as the focal point for basic inquiries, effectively resolving or escalating requests.
Airbus Shop Support:
- Assist in the sale of items from the Airbus Shop, including customer assistance, transaction logging, and payment collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
- Intermediate conversational English.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reception or corporate customer service roles.
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite.
- Proficiency in SAP.
