Job Description:

A temporary opportunity for a Quality Line Side Leader has arisen within A400M Airframe. The QLSL is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufacturing and assembly processes for the A400M airframe on the production line, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of quality professionals.

RESPONSABILITIES:

You will assure quality rules implementation and assure that industrial processes fulfill quality standard requirements.

You will validate product inspection plans and product non conformities Management until customer delivery.

You will assure improvement process promoting practical problem solving.

You will perform operational surveillance and optimice current inspection activities

You will support production teams about non quality concerns to be solved quickly.

SKILLS:
* Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience (3-5 years) in quality assurance or quality control within the aerospace manufacturing industry, specifically with large aircraft structures or airframes.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
