We are now recruiting a Purchasing Reporting Specialist to join our Procurement team in Portugal.

Responsibilities - your mission:

Position Summary: The General Procurement Purchasing Reporting Specialist provides reportings and analyses on spend data and performance. This professional also supports quality / improvement projects.

Essential Functions:

• Creation of spend and performance reportings and analyses
  
• Communication with team leaders, delivery lead and internal stakeholders (Commodity buyers, process & tools department)
  
• Organize and lead performance review meetings
  
• Use of Airbus ERP System (SAP)
  
• Use of other specific tools (Coupa, data visualization and reporting tools such as Big Data, Qlik Sense...)
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support the team leaders in reporting tasks
  

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement
  
• 1-3 years experience in Data Analysis
  

• Experience in Coupa, data visualization and reporting tools such as Big Data, Qlik Sense is a plus
  
• Communication skills
  

• Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies
  
• Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
  
• A degree in Engineering, Business or Procurement and/or data related field is a plus
  
• Fluent in English (negotiation level)
  
• Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services
  
• Shows a lot of reliability rigor and concentration at work
