Job Description:

Define, develop and support Technical Data products, services, tools and processes to fulfill contractual commitments, ensure customer satisfaction and achieve commercial and industrial objectives.

Answer all queries related to deliverables on time and on quality and update applicable technical data as committed.

Ensure responsive assistance, familiarization and smooth entry into service for new customers.

Participate in projects with the department and across the company.
Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and functions.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from data.
Track KPI and project milestones.
Represent the department when needed.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
