In this context we are looking for a Project Specialist - Aircraft Maintenance to join our team A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Management Team in Peachtree City, GA .

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

Primary Responsibilities: 100%

  • Prepare, lead and steer internal MFT and customer meetings
  • Maintain C-check file and ensure all relevant information is available
  • Responsible for C-Check file related external and internal stakeholder communication (Customer Order View, Reporting File)
  • Ensure all functions have performed their required checklists, incl. their own
  • Measures, analyses and utilizes key performance indicators (KPIs) on behalf of the group in order to manage material order activity.
  • Ownership for C-Check project and its order lines including pre-check orders and claims processing.
  • Perform Heavy Maintenance Manager C-Check Checklist
  • Open technical support cases with Airbus Canada (e.g. PN Activation, interchangeability, etc.)
  • Clarifies technical queries utilizing technical documentation and/or liaises with technical and engineering departments.
  • Provides consistently high quality responses to all customer related requests for all materials and related services to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.
  • Build relationship and trust with our customers
  • Obtain customer target dates and make them visible internally for proper prioritization
  • Continuous communication to ensure the right level of transparency with internal and external stakeholders

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics functions within a similar sized organization, or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics functions
    • University new graduates that meet the 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and/or airline operations highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of English, both orally and in writingSpoken and presentation skills
  • Proficient in the following:
    • Microsoft Office
    • CRM: Salesforce
    • SAP
    • A220 World
    • IPDP
    • AM9000
    • ASRP
    • Freshdesk
    • Lotus notes (SDR/CCR/C4C/Skywise)
    • Google office (Google sheets/Google docs/ Slides etc)
  • 10 % Domestic and 5% Internationally
  • Eligible for employment in the US without current, or future, need of visa sponsorship/work authorization

Preferred:

  • Experience working in the aviation industry

Physical Requirements

  • Vision: Ability to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports.
  • Hearing: Daily able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone.
  • Speaking: Daily able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.
  • Equipment Operation: daily use of personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors.
  • Carrying: Daily able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 10lbs.
  • Sitting: Daily able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on a computer.
  • Standing: Daily able to stand for discussions in offices or on a production floor.
  • Travel: 10% of time able to travel independently and at short notice.
  • Walking : Daily able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.
  • Personal Protective Equipment required: If visiting a factory - Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site
