Your tasks and responsibilities
- Serve as responsible point of contact for multiple NATO customers

- Prepare calculations, proposals, and contracts for aerial target service campaigns

- Prepare, manage and execute international aerial target service campaigns at customer sites
- Ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of products and services

- Steer and develop new features and capabilities for new and existing customers
- Full management responsibility for several projects, from proposal stage through to successful completion
- Drive achievement of programme objectives (Profit & Loss, product quality, and delivery times)
- Support program area in resource optimization, conflict resolution, risk management, and opportunity capture

- Contribute to business planning and strategic development of programs/products

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proven experience in project management
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Intercultural Competence

- Willingness to travel internationally several times a year for service campaigns

- English and German language skills on negotiation level

Preferred Qualifications

- Military background (e.g. naval weapon systems, Air Force)
- Experience in training or education development
- Technical understanding of weapon systems used for air defense
